All custom device sales are final and non-refundable.
Any refunds issued will have the original payment processing fees deducted. These fees are non-refundable and will not be returned to the customer.
If your pet's condition changes, we can issue a refund if the device has not been fabricated yet.
OrthoPaws provides a two-month warranty from the date the device is received. First adjustment is covered in full; second adjustment is covered at 50%. Client is responsible for all shipping costs. Any additional adjustments during the warranty period, and all adjustments or remakes after the two-month warranty period, are the client's responsibility. Full warranty details are outlined in the customer agreement.
Your pet's results may vary. Rehab therapies and regular follow-up with your vet are recommended.
